CHIPSON
Race 1, No. 1

Has won seven of 30 and put together consecutive wins last preparation, the latest back on March 21 when he won the Volcano at Mount Gambier and followed up running 4th in The Vintage at Oakbank. Had one run back at Morphettville when well beaten in early November, has won fresh and his best would certainly be good enough for a race like this.

VAN ROY
Race 7, No. 3

Won the Vignerons Cup this track and trip back on January 16 and then went to Mount Gambier and won the Summer Cup there beating Khor. He was caught deep and had nothing go right in the Colac Cup on February 6 and has been freshened, running 3rd in a recent Camperdown jump-out. Draws a gate and can bounce back.

RACE 7 - 3:30PM DiGiorgio Coonawarra Penola Cup (Heat 6 Limestone Coast Cup Series) (Ht 5 Adelaide In Autumn Series) (1600 METRES)

VAN ROY won the Vignerons Cup this track and trip and then won the Summer Cup at Mount Gambier before nothing went right in the Colac Cup last start. He's had a jump-out, draws a nice barrier and looks hard to beat. TEST THE LAW ran well first-up beaten 2.85 lengths behind Pudding on the Parks over 1400m. That's good form for this. FLASHING STEEL was sent out fav when beaten 0.32 lengths behind Headphones in city grade last time. FEARGAL has been placed at his past four, the latest at Warrnambool in a BM66. He should be in the mix. ANY LUCK has been in the money at both runs here and he comes through the Millicent Cup won by Unseen Ruler. ANNIHILATE wasn't beaten far behind Jilladora on the Parks last time over 1400m, TEXAN WINDTROM comes through that race as does SUPER LAD who has been around the mark in OK races and gets a middle gate.
SELECTIONS: 3 VAN ROY, 1 Test The Law, 5 Flashing Steel, 8 Feargal
PLAY: Keen on VAN ROY.
