Tony: "I can't take all the credit. Maddysen does most of the work with this horse. We have to thank these two people (one was Paul Moroney) who bought him for us.

"We've always thought he was going well this time in and our main goal was to back him up next Saturday over 1400, but when you've got a bloke like J-Mac on, what else can you say?

Maddysen: "I'm going to Canada for five weeks. Thanks Bricky!

"It has been a hard few months and I broke my leg really badly. Normally I do everything with the horse but I couldn't do anything."

Winning Jockey: James McDonald

"Beautifully prepared and he was a deserved favourite. He brought the Sydney form and he was giving weight but he's a class horse.
