The team are back to preview all the action from ITV on Saturday.

bet365 Handicap Chase – Class 3 - 1.10 Kelso
The Jamie Snowden team continue to knock in the winners and Torneo should have every chance of regaining the winning run. He's been ultra consistent over fences of late and will find this easier than when denied a head by Highland Legacy in a valuable handicap chase at Windsor.
Torneo
Virgin Bet A Good Bet Mares' Novices' Hurdle – Listed – 1.25 Doncaster
Anthony Honeyball runs a couple here and it could be worth taking a chance on Park Princess, who lost a shoe when well-beaten in the Grade 2 Jane Seymour Mares' Novices' Hurdle at Warwick. This represents a sizeable step up in trip and she shapes as though that could bring about some improvement.
Park Princess
bet365 Premier Chase – Listed – 1.40 Kelso
Following the defection of Iroko, this looks at the mercy of Protektorat. Dan Skelton's eleven-year-old looked as good as ever when winning the valuable Fleur de Lys Chase at Windsor last time and a repeat of that effort should see him come home with plenty in hand.
Protektorat
Virgin Bet Supports Safe Gambling Handicap Chase – Class 2 – 1.55 Doncaster
Mighty Bandit is progressing nicely over fences and took his record to two from three in this discipline with an impressive success last time out. A bad mistake three-out look to put paid to his chances, but such was his dominance, he was able to power to a wide-margin victory. He can take another step forward here and with course and distance form in the book, an 8lb rise in the weights might not be enough to halt him.

bet365 Premier Novices' Hurdle – Grade 2 – 2.15 Kelso
Ben Pauling won this in 2024 with Personal Ambition and his contender, Starmount, brings a similar profile to the table. He couldn't land a blow when pitched into the Tolworth on just his second start over hurdles at Aintree on Boxing Day but showed exactly what he was made of when scoring back down in grade at Wetherby last month. The runner-up is now rated 126 after winning impressively at Kelso and Ben Pauling's charge may well stamp his class here.
Starmount
Virgin Bet Grimthorpe Handicap Chase – Class 2 – 2.30 Doncaster
Does He Know carried 12st to land this in 2024 and King's Threshold may have enough in the tank to repeat the feat. He was withdrawn from the Great Yorkshire Chase on account of unsuitable ground but that might be a blessing in disguise and connections are clearly going all-in on this contest rather than running at the Cheltenham Festival. He looks to be progressing well over fences and has the possibility to rate higher still.
King's Threshold
bet365 Morebattle Hurdle – Class 2 – 2.55 Kelso
The booking of Sean Bowen on Hamlet's Knight looks a real positive and he has to be given a shout after teeing himself up for a bid at this with a smooth win on the level at Kempton. The other one at the prices is Captain Hugo, who was by no means done with when falling at the third-last in the race where Mossy Road Fen finished third at Musselburgh. I suspect he's capable of landing a nice pot and 129 could prove workable on his handicap debut.
Captain Hugo
1 Up, Job Done At BetVictor Veterans' Handicap Chase – Class 2 – 3.15 Newbury
Plenty of these are a bit long in the tooth which makes Brave Kingdom the most appealing option. Paul Nicholls' charge switches to veterans' company on the back of a decent second on heavy ground at Taunton and this lightly raced ten-year-old must be greatly respected off an unchanged mark.
Brave Kingdom
bet365 Handicap Hurdle – Class 2- 3.30 Kelso
Florida Dreams shaped nicely over a trip that stretched his stamina when sixth at Musselburgh last time and he was knocking loudly on the door prior. Nicky Richards' eight-year-old was a good third over two and a half at Aintree on Boxing Day and this intermediate two-mile five-furlong trip ought to be right up his street.
Florida Dreams
BetVictor Greatwood Gold Cup Handicap Chase – Class 1 – 3.45 Newbury
Vincenzo was an excellent second in this off 134 last season and despite being 8lb higher here, his claims are there for all to see. His second behind Panic Attack in the Paddy Power looks like an excellent piece of form, while his latest success at Ascot would have done his confidence the world of good. Sam Thomas' charge handles conditions and is suited by the track, so you should ignore his chances at your peril.
Vincenzo
