On today's task: "We were carrying the 60 kilos today but he's done it before, he's just proven time and again. He's just come back in excellent form now and he's just shown that he's a progressive type of horse and he just keeps ticking all the boxes."
On the team effort: "Massive shout out to Eloise and her team, they've done a fantastic job with this horse. He obviously won his last jumpout so we knew we were coming in with good form but we couldn't be more happier with him today and how he presented and he's only going to improve today as well."
Future plans: "We'll keep ticking him along and raise the bar but we'll take out time with him because he does need that extra time. There'll be some more nice races during the spring so we'll just keep working away and put our heads together with Gai and Adrian and work out a plan from there."
On Nash riding: "I was calling all the owners today in the care and I said, look, one thing; "back Nash, get the cash" and he's shown it again today, he's running in excellent form and we were lucky to have him on."
Winning Jockey: Nash Rawiller
On the horse and the win: "He's been given the time to mature and he came here in beautiful order today.
"(He's) obviously got Gai and Adrian bone and muscle.
"He was lovely and sharp out of the gates and took full control and there was a bit of pressure there from the half-mile but he gradually got into a lovely rhythm and gave me the confidence to quicken before the turn which is no easy feat here at Bendigo.
"I knew he'd just find again at the 100 when I needed him and it was a great effort."
