「外层大气」获第一匹锦标赛冠军子嗣

两岁雌马「热气层」险胜神奇夜锦标赛，种公马「外层大气」有了第一匹锦标赛冠军子嗣。

上周六在罗斯希尔赛马场举行的三级赛神奇夜锦标赛上，由詹姆斯·卡明斯调教、詹姆斯·麦克唐纳策骑的两岁雌马「热气层」 以不足半马位之先险胜，成为了达利旗下的一年级父系「外层大气」的第一匹锦标赛冠军子嗣。

一年之前，「热气层」的厩侣「凯厄米西」在胜出神奇夜锦标赛之后又登顶了金拖鞋大赛。这可能也将是「热气层」接下来的目标，不过目前此计划还有待最终确定，因为两场比赛之间只相隔七天，该驹的体能恢复情况尚需观察。

上月在纽卡斯尔赛马场举行的一场比赛中，「热气层」斩获了生涯首胜，那也是「外层大气」的子嗣在赛场上斩获的首场胜利。

「热气层」由高多芬集团繁育，出自表列赛冠军母马「发光」。

2019年，「发光」又一次和「外层大气」进行了配种。

「外层大气」在2016年时做过穿梭种公马，在北半球，它的驻扎地为法国。在南半球，它的大本营为新南威尔士州。2019年育种季，「外层大气」共和86匹雌马进行了配种，配种费为2.2万澳元（税后）。

下月的英格利斯复活节拍卖会上，图兰加牧场（Turangga Farm）将出售一匹父系为「外层大气」的公马驹。

英格利斯复活节拍卖会为期两天，将于4月7日开槌。
